I am looking at using cfwheels for a booking app using a team of three developers. One does the model, one does the view and (you guessed it)

Is this a stoopid idea?

@Mark,

My answer is, "It depends."

If your booking app is going to be rather complex, then that would probably be a great approach. But in reality, you're probably going to find that you could break your developers into 2 "groups": back end (model/controller) and front end (view). If you have a developer that rocks at HTML, JavaScript, and CSS stuff, then you'll probably find that they'll have plenty to do. The model/controller stuff sometimes blends together so much that it'd be hard to create a workflow.

I'd love to hear about your experience if you try it out!

cfwheels.org is the place to start. There are screencasts, and I recommend reading the reference guide from cover to cover.

Samson, did you follow the steps in the URL Rewriting chapter? What URL are you trying to load in your browser in order to get to the Wheels app?
