I emailed Liz Frederick about this site specifically because I thought she or other TeraTech folks should be the ones to create the CFUnited group, the CFMDUG group (which I don't think they've done yet), etc. It makes sense to use the community being built here to gather input or share plans regarding the conferences.
This is my first involvement with a social networking site, so I'm not entirely sure what will come out of it either. Guess it'll depend on what people put into it.
