About Me:
RECENTLY - *back end of 2012
- Over the past few years I have been analysing my industry and the new relationship with social media and mediums.
- I have been working on my own towards creating a solution I feel comes right from the heart of a recruiter who understands the under lining factors which affect both profiles -employers and job seekers.
-Aiming to launch CVgeek- a socially minded and connected network project.


At 14 years of age whilst helping with the family business, I influenced a bidding war between suppliers, reducing supplier cost by 25%. (or so my parents like to tell me)

17 years of age I won UKs Young Entrepreneur of the year - Online Business. with - settled at 18

At 20 I started my first Commercial business - Selling Events to corporate profiles.
Which helped fund my University studay and living costs - The Hospitable PR Agency settled at 22 years of age.

At 23 Started my first Specialised Niche markets Recruitment company. Proveer Consulting Ltd

Now 29 The Employment search has evolved, so have our perceptions of job hunting.

The senior developer will work with the Lead Developer to architect high performance and scalable web applications. They will also take ownership of the build and maintenance of the above-mentioned applications. The role will be given direct responsibility for delivery of the projects within their stream of work and will have a dedicated middleweight developer to work alongside them. The Senior Developers core responsibility will be to work alongside the lead developer to architect solutions and then to deliver the solution with the assistance of a junior developer. This is a hands-on role and will include working on current applications as well as new applications.
Joining an ambitious IT department you will be working within and have direct responsibility for your own project stream.
Main Responsibilities:
In this challenging and technically rewarding role you will play a key part in the technical solutions, which are provided to the business. You will take responsibility for one of a number of project streams ranging from maintenance to major project builds. You will be required to estimate work and then deliver to the time estimation. You will be the main point of contact for the project stream for the Project Manager; to assist you with delivery you will be assigned a ColdFusion developer who will work under your supervision to delivery your project stream.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level (but not essential) with considerable Development experience in an online environment. You should be used to working with a number of environments and be happy deploying out changes to live systems. You will have at least 4-5 years ColdFusion experience and be comfortable with OO techniques.

MCDBA or MCSE would be advantageous

Advanced developer working on innovative ColdFusion projects
A dynamic and innovative software development agency, seeks talented, creative and disciplined ColdFusion Web Developers to join their team in developing the leading ColdFusion based platforms.

You will be working on key new technologies for Content, Networking, Marketplace, New Media and advertising. You will both be working on the core products, on customer implementations and custom projects.
You will be part of a small close-knit and energetic team with great designers, project managers, technicians, QA team, as well as other experienced developers.

On the technical front, you will need a minimum of 3 years experience with ColdFusion 7 / 8 (CFMX), serious knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Server, XML, JavaScript. The ability to work in Windows is a plus.

You will be working with ColdFusion 7 / 8 / MX, and need to have embraced key techniques including CFSCRIPT, AJAX, CSS, CFCs and Flash Remoting. You will be expected to write great code, which is logically structured and nicely commented.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be working in a structured development process with requirements plans, specifications, source control and builds. You will be developing new solutions, CFCs, modules and applications.

Knowledge of full product life cycle is desirable. Your input is sought during the specification process and you can have a significant impact on architecture and implementation decisions.

Remuneration is from £35k up to £60k per annum based on skills and experience. Key senior staff can also join the company’s share option scheme. Benefits include flexible hours, up to 27 days holiday, laptop and an iphone.
