ONLINE COLDFUSION PROGRAMMING!!!

Hello Everyone!

I have got an old PC having 40GB HDD and 256MB RAM .I have got no money to upgrade it for ColdFusion 9.I am doing my project on ColdFusion.Can i programme ColdFusion online and get my work without installing ColdFusion 9 on my machine and also without installing any database.If someone has any idead please let me know as quickly as possible!
