Work with web team to develop multiple web based applications and components in enterprise Cold Fusion/Oracle business
environment. Communicate directly with client to determine
requirements, develop web solutions, and then upon execution, provide
client with demonstrations, training, and technical documentation.

Job Description and Duties:
Prioritize, coordinate and facilitate the development of scheduled software components
Develop and consistently run Unit Testing on changed software components
Management of Code Reviews
Correction of defects as they are found
Correction of Specification as documentation defects are found

General Knowledge & Experience:
8+ year*s development experience
3+ years experience with programming web based applications using Cold Fusion/Cold Box
Experience working from specifications and holding to a solid change process
Experience in coding and unit testing for software components
Understanding how to translate business rules to well defined and documented
development artifacts
IT experience working on large complex projects in private or public sector organizations

Technical Skills:
Knowledge in AJAX, J-Query and CSS/HTML
Knowledge and experience with user interface designs
General understanding or experience with Oracle PL/SQL and stored procedures
Cross platform integration tools for the IBM Mainframe platform including MQSeries and WebCICS

Other Skills & Abilities
Experience with systems engineering activities
Experience working with IT technical team members and understands IT terminology
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to adhere to defined standards and templates
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers, and
project management staff
Critical thinking skills, including ability to accurately analyze information to guide the development team
Taking Initiative and being accountability for achieving results
Ability to work independently and meets tight timelines
Detailed oriented with a strong work ethic
